Please read the information below carefully. 

It is time for the 11th annual event of Nordic Polymer Clay Camp
The ticket is non-refundable

2 full days, 7-8 March 2026
The program starts at 9:30 GMT+1 on both days. The end time is a bit fluid depending on how the day progresses, but around 17-18:00 GMT+1

Location Norges Hus Gothenburg – Sweden 

The teacher for 2026 is Marina Halvarsson.
Marina will share her amazing imagination and bubbly personality, teaching us how to make these whimsical faces.
There will be some mixed media in this workshop.

Since this will be the 10-year jubilee och the clay camp, we will try to take a “fika” together at least once.

The project is a wall decoration, but you can adapt the techniques you learn to your style and preference when you get back home.

The workshop will be in English.

Recordings of the workshop demonstrations will be available on YouTube for you to watch again after the event, and there will also be a Facebook group for questions that arise after the event.
It will also be streamed on Zoom, so you can choose to attend online only. Just be aware that there will be no live feedback or assistance from the event.
Zoom attendees need to give each other support, and questions can be asked later in the closed Facebook group for attendees.
To get access to the videos on YouTube, you will have to log in to YouTube with the email address that you used when you purchased this ticket.
If you choose to come to Gothenburg, watch on Zoom, or watch the recordings, it is up to you.

 

You are expected to bring the basic clay and tools to the event. The basic tools are, for instance, a pasta machine, a knife, a tissue blade, a ruler, and a work surface.
Whether or not there will be a goodie bag available is, at the moment, not clear.
No on-site goodie bags or gifts will be shipped, you need to pick them up on-site (if there are any).

From time to time, the lighting is not the best, so if you have a problem with that, then you may bring a cordless lamp for yourself.

Food and accommodation are not included in the price of the ticket.
Some “fika” and tea are included in the price.

You will have to book the hotel yourself. Here you can only buy bunk bed accommodation. 
The bunk beds are 295 SEK a night and are sold here.  Any hotel is booked by you and not through Hobbyrian. Only bunk beds are booked through Hobbyrian.
Norges hus is a beautiful place, and we have 1 oven on the same level as the workshop and a second oven in the basement. 

Norges hus is a walking distance of the central station. 
There is also a small garden where you can get some air if you need it.

Only once you have paid your fee is your spot in the workshop secured.
The ticket is NOT refundable.
Further and more detailed instructions will be emailed to you closer to the date.
When you buy your ticket, you will get an order confirmation email and later a “completed order” email, which is your ticket and confirmation. You are after that on MY list and will not receive any further confirmation.

Space is limited, so make sure to secure your ticket now. 

Also, this time you can shop at Hobbyrian and get it delivered at the event with no shipping charge. Instructions on how to do that will be included in the email about the event.
