Prices and Payment
You have to be at least 18 years old to shop in this store.
After you choose your shipping address/country at the checkout you can see the total price including shipping.
if you live within the EU you will pay tax VAT if you live outside, you will not pay the VAT.
Any customs and tax fees are your responsibility.
Hobbyrian will never falsify a customs declaration.
You have the responsibility to find out what kind of custom fees you possibly have to pay.
For customers within Sweden, you choose the payment option at checkout.
If you live in Sweden you have the option of Swish, Bank transfer, or 14-day invoice.
The invoice costs another additional 29 SEK
If you live outside of Sweden you will pay thru PayPal.
After purchase, you will be directed to PayPal to complete your payment.
Your order will be dispatched 1-3 working days after payment is received unless we are away on fairs, vacations, workshops, or similar. Although this is very rare, it happens. Unpaid orders will be canceled after 3 working days.
Packages orders that are not picked up at the post office and therefore returned to Hobbyrian will have a return fee of 250 SEK for Swedish packages.
And foreign packages from 250 SEK up depending on the return fee that Hobbyrian has to pay for your package.
Nordic Poly Camp and other Workshops
The fee for Nordic Poly Camp or other workshops will not be refunded in the case that you are not able to attend.
Any fee for accommodation, that you bought and paid for thru Hobbyrian will be returned in case you do not attend the workshop.
If there is a goodie bag for attendees you have to come and pick it up, it will not be shipped to you.
You can only cancel your purchase of a workshop up until 14 days from purchase after that, there are no refunds.
Cutters and Stamps
Custom-designed cutters and stamps are for personal use only and may not be forwarded to another person nor may you resell them or sell them commercially. You can of course sell whatever you make using your Hobbyrian cutters and you can sell your cutters secondhand if you ever decide that you no longer need them.
What is prohibited is the buying and reselling of custom-made cutters made by Hobbyrian. If you still decide to do so, Hobbyrian will charge you additional fees in proportion to your sales.
Shipping
Shipping is paid by you according to the current shipping rates in the store. Foreign shipments are shipped either with DHL or Swedish post (Postnord).
You can also pick up your order in Timrå if you live in Sweden.
You will see the shipping cost and options for your order at the checkout.
Your right to withdraw from a purchase
You have 14 days from the day that you received your purchased products to withdraw from your purchase unless you bought a workshop ticket, then you have 14 days to withdraw from the date of purchase.
The right to withdraw does not apply to special or custom orders or PDF material.

You are obligated to keep the products in the same condition as when you got them and you can not open them or break the package. If you are not careful and break an item you can not withdraw from the purchase.
You pay for the return shipping and you are responsible for the product’s safe return to the address of Hobbyrian.
Your money will be returned when the product has arrived safely and in good condition at the location of Hobbyrians.
Warranty and Service
If you received a faulty or broken product contact the store using the contact form and we will solve the issue.
This does not apply to items that you broke or handled carelessly.
Subject accession and Force Majeure
Hobbyrian reserves itself for mistakes in pricing, mistakes can be corrected at any time.
Hobbyrian can not be held responsible for any event beyond its control like a natural disaster, war, epidemic, pandemic, or any other event that falls under Force Majeure.
Also, Hobbyrian will never be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs that you may have in relation to any event arranged by Hobbyrian.

Hobbyrian is responsible for how the personal data that you send us is handled.
Your personal data is used to administrate your purchase and for marketing in the case that you signed up for newsletters, Hobbyrian will NOT give out your personal data to a third unauthorized party. Your personal data is only given to a third party according to the third point below.
Hobbyrian as a trader is obligated to make sure that your personal data is handled according to the following points.
- We will save your address e-mail and phone number so we can deliver your order.
- We save your address, name e.mail, and phone number when you make a purchase in this store.
- We give out your personal data to a third party like the shipping company for instance Postnord and to a payment channel like Paypal or Billmate.
Billmate also stores your “personnummer” if you choose to pay with them. - You have the right to have your personal data deleted from the system at any time (with restrictions from the Swedish bookkeeping law)
- We save your personal data for 7 years due to Swedish book-keeping laws.
- You have to right to file a complaint with Swedish authorities.
- You have the right to know what kind of data is stored and from where Hobbyrian obtained the data.
The use of cookies.
A cookie is a text file that is stored on your computer and is normally used to improve the user’s experience on the website. For instance, it is used to adapt the website to users’ choices and preferences A permanent cookie is stored on the user’s computer during a certain time and a session cookie is stored temporarily while the user is visiting the site. A session cookie is erased when you close your browser.
Hobbyrian does not use permanent cookies. We use session cookies to control if you are logged in or placed an item in the cart. Also for your use of product filters.
You can at any time remove cookie files from your computer. If don´t want cookies to be placed on your computer you can change the settings of your browser so that your browser does not accept cookies. By accepting that cookies are stored on your browser Hobbyrian considers that you have given your permission to use cookies from us.
