This is a shorter easy-to-read version. 

You have to be 18 years old to shop in this store. 

If you live in Sweden you can choose to pay with Swish, Bankgiro, or Invoice. 
If you choose Swish or Bankgiro and log in to the store to check you order status and it says “pausad” or “paused” there is nothing wrong with your order, it just means that the payment is going to be manually checked before shipping. Nothing is wrong. 
If you live outside of Sweden you pay with PayPal, you will be diverted directly to PayPal after you confirm your order. 

After your order has been packed and shipped you will get an email saying it is “färdigbehandlad“. 

To know how much a Swedish Krona ( SEK ) actually is in your Currency you can check your bank or use this currency converter 
Please keep in mind that PayPal has a slightly higher conversion rate. 

Shipping 

In this store, you pay a weight-based shipping cost.

Shipping cost outside of Sweden starts at 22 SEK and up all depending on the weight of your items. 

You can see your shipping cost at the checkout and in the basket. 

Boxes and envelopes are as much as possible re-used and all packing material is re-used and of course clean. 

Your order will usually be shipped the same or the following working day. 
un On rare occasions, like travel, fairs, or events the departure of your package can be delayed. otherwise, It will not take more than 3 working days as long as you haven’t ordered custom cutters or stamps.
Custom orders of cutters and stamps take 1-2 weeks to fulfill, when your cutter is manufactured your entire order will be shipped. 

Custom

Any customs fees and taxes are your own responsibility, if you are not sure what fees apply to your country then you can contact the customs authorities of your country.
As honesty is an important foundation of this store we will never mark a shipment as a gift on the customs declaration. 

The store is located in Sweden as it is a part of the EU so if you live in an EU country no extra customs fees should be added.

Returns and Warranty 

You have 14 days to regret your purchase according to Swedish law. 
You will get a full refund as soon as possible after the item/items are returned to Hobbyrian. 
You will pay for shipping back to the store and you are responsible for its safe return. 
Returning items should still be sealed and unused. 
Special orders like custom cutters, stamps, or any item that has been obtained by Hobbyrian for you can not be returned.
