Boxes and envelopes are as much as possible re-used and all packing material is re-used and off course clean.
Your order will most of the time be shipped the same or the following working day.
It will never take more than 3 working days as long as you havent ordered custom cutter or stamp.
Those orders take 1-2 weeks at the most and after your cutter is manufactured you entire order will be shipped.
Any custom fees and taxes are your own responsibility, if you are not sure what fees applies to your counrty then you can contact the custom authourities of your country.
As honesty is an important foundation of this store we will never mark a shipment as a gift on the custom declaration.
The store is located in Sweden as is a part of the EU so if you live in a EU country no extra costum fees should be added.
Returns and Warranty
You have 14 days to regret your purchase according to Swedish law.
You will get a full refund as sonn as possible after the item/items are returned to Hobbyrian.
You will pay for shipping back to the store and you are responsible for it´s safe return.
Returning items should still be sealed and unused.
Special orders like custom cutters, stamps or any item that has been obtained by Hobbyrian for you can not be returned.
