Boxes and envelopes are as much as possible re-used and all packing material is re-used and of course clean.
Your order will usually be shipped the same or the following working day.

Custom orders of cutters and stamps take 1-2 weeks to fulfill, when your cutter is manufactured your entire order will be shipped.

As honesty is an important foundation of this store we will never mark a shipment as a gift on the customs declaration.
The store is located in Sweden as it is a part of the EU so if you live in an EU country no extra customs fees should be added.
Returns and Warranty
You have 14 days to regret your purchase according to Swedish law.
You will get a full refund as soon as possible after the item/items are returned to Hobbyrian.
You will pay for shipping back to the store and you are responsible for its safe return.
Returning items should still be sealed and unused.
Special orders like custom cutters, stamps, or any item that has been obtained by Hobbyrian for you can not be returned.
