This is a shorter, easy-to-read version.

You have to be 18 years old to shop in this store.

If you live in Sweden, you can choose to pay with Swish, Bankgiro, or Invoice.
If you choose Swish or Bankgiro and log in to the store to check your order status, and it says “pausad” or “paused”, there is nothing wrong with your order, it just means that the payment is going to be manually checked before shipping. Nothing is wrong.
If you live outside of Sweden, you pay with PayPal, you will be diverted directly to PayPal after you confirm your order.

After your order has been packed and shipped, you will get an email saying it is “färdigbehandlad”.

To know how much a Swedish Krona ( SEK ) actually is in your Currency, you can check your bank or use this currency converter 
Please keep in mind that PayPal has a slightly higher conversion rate.

Shipping

Within Sweden, the shipping cost is 69 SEK and will usually take 1-3 business days.
Shipping cost outside of Sweden is weight-based and will usually take 1-5 weeks.

You can see your shipping cost at checkout and in the basket.

Boxes and envelopes are reused as much as possible, and all packing material is reused and, of course, clean.

Your order will usually be shipped the same or the following working day.
On rare occasions, like travel, fairs, or events, the departure of your package can be delayed. Otherwise, it will not take more than 3 working days as long as you haven’t ordered custom cutters or stamps.
Custom orders of cutters and stamps take 1-2 weeks to fulfill. When your cutter is manufactured, your entire order will be shipped.

Packages that are not picked up at the post office and therefore returned to Hobbyrian will have a return fee of 250 SEK for Swedish packages.
And foreign packages from 250 SEK up, depending on the return fee that Hobbyrian has to pay for your package.

Customs

Any customs fees and taxes are your own responsibility, if you are not sure what fees apply to your country, you can contact the customs authorities of your country.
As honesty is an important foundation of this store, we will never mark a shipment as a gift on the customs declaration.

The store is located in Sweden, as it is a part of the EU, so if you live in an EU country, no extra customs fees should be added.

Returns and Warranty

You have 14 days to regret your purchase according to Swedish law.
You will get a full refund as soon as possible after the item/items are returned to Hobbyrian.
You will pay for shipping back to the store, and you are responsible for its safe return.
Returning items should still be sealed and unused.
Special orders like custom cutters, stamps, or any item that has been obtained by Hobbyrian for you can not be returned.

We will never share your privacy information with any unauthorized third party.
Your address is shared with the shipping company so they can deliver your order.
